Every year, companies invest thousands of dollars in implementing diversity/inclusion programs within their teams. The reason: diversity & inclusion builds stronger teams, with better problem-solving skills, resilience, and empathy.
However, daring to be different is not easy. We have to navigate through the Ladder of Privilege, and the journey can be daunting.
We want to discuss why it is so important to stand proud and fearless, aiming to be 1% better every day for ourselves and our organizations.

Diego Tomasino
(spanish session) Executive coach specialized in business diversity, he's the founder of CoachMap and author of the book "Come Out! Companies also have to come out of the closet" (Aurum Books).
Born in Quilmes, Argentina, Diego began his career in the Financial Consulting industry.
Currently, he is part of the Fundación Convive Panamá, developing the Business Diversity area through the expansion of the PrideConnection network. His achievements include the successful execution of the "Exemplary Practices Congress" in Panama since 2017; This being the first LGBTQ + nature congress in Panama.
Diego is part of the Global Shapers (World Economic Forum), promoting several projects in favor of gender equality and rights in the region, and co-founder of the chapter of Fuckup Nights Miami.
In his spare time, he is passionate about traveling and writing reviews about inclusive cities on his blog and on his networks with the tag #365daysofgaytravel
