It’s 2012 in Mexico City. With a little help from mezcal, five friends find the courage to share their biggest failures. This turns out to be such a life-changing conversation that they decide to turn it into a monthly event series.
Fast forward to today and Fuckup Nights is now a global movement with active chapters in more than 300 cities in 90 countries. Turns out we all desperately needed to free ourselves from the stigma of failure.
Now, thanks to the lessons we’ve learned from the more than one million Fuckup Nights participants, we’ve created the Failure Institute, a social enterprise that helps people break free from the paradigms that limit their lives.
Using personal stories rooted in authenticity and vulnerability, we create experiences, content, and community for top companies and organizations around the world, helping people be their truest selves both at work and at home.
