Particip\u00e9 en proyectos globales y me traslad\u00e9 a Nueva York. Era una vida estable y llena de oportunidades.<\/p><p data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2441\">Sin embargo, me atra\u00eda el ecosistema de startups. Cuando surgi\u00f3 una oferta en una startup en M\u00e9xico, decid\u00ed arriesgarme. Dej\u00e9 atr\u00e1s una carrera global exitosa por impacto y crecimiento.<\/p><p data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2590\">Quer\u00eda un trabajo con prop\u00f3sito, la vida corporativa ya no me motivaba.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a403042 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a403042\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\ud83d\udca9 El Verdadero Fracaso: Desalineaci\u00f3n en el Liderazgo<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a10f51f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a10f51f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2650\" data-end=\"2923\">Al principio, el entorno de startup era emocionante. Particip\u00e9 en rondas de inversi\u00f3n y desarroll\u00e9 productos nuevos. Observ\u00e9 c\u00f3mo una startup puede adaptarse r\u00e1pidamente. Ayud\u00e1bamos a comunidades a acceder a herramientas financieras.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2925\" data-end=\"2992\">Pero pronto lleg\u00f3 el aprendizaje del fracaso en el liderazgo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2994\" data-end=\"3277\">Percib\u00ed una gran desalineaci\u00f3n con el fundador y su estilo. Creo que el liderazgo debe ganarse, no imponerse. Aqu\u00ed, era lo contrario. Perdimos el foco. Nos dispersamos sin orden ni prioridad.<\/p>\n<p>Nunca investigu\u00e9 el historial del fundador ni la cultura de la empresa.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9363f31 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9363f31\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-b2048d3\" data-id=\"b2048d3\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-759554a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"759554a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cuando los Estilos de Liderazgo no se Alinean<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d3b0dda elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d3b0dda\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Conflicto y Caos: El Punto de Inflexi\u00f3n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-58319d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"58319d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3423\" data-end=\"3617\">La se\u00f1al clara lleg\u00f3 en una junta clave. Surgi\u00f3 un fuerte conflicto entre ejecutivos. Uno renunci\u00f3 en plena reuni\u00f3n. Fue evidente que el liderazgo estaba fracturado.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3619\" data-end=\"3737\">Hab\u00eda dejado todo y mudado a mi familia por esta oportunidad. Me sent\u00ed derrotado.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"97\" data-end=\"232\">Afortunadamente, regresar a mi pa\u00eds, rodeado de mis seres queridos, me brind\u00f3 el apoyo emocional que necesitaba para superar esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-382d161 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"382d161\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Salir Adelante y Seguir Creciendo<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db6abbd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"db6abbd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Reconstruirse y Reinventarse<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d2dcb9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d2dcb9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3885\" data-end=\"4053\">Pese a la desalineaci\u00f3n, a\u00fan disfrutaba trabajar con el equipo. No renunci\u00e9 de inmediato. Empec\u00e9 a buscar nuevas oportunidades.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4055\" data-end=\"4275\">M\u00e1s tarde, acept\u00e9 otro trabajo, y meses despu\u00e9s PayPal me contact\u00f3 para liderar un nuevo mercado. Mi experiencia en la startup fue clave para conseguirlo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b9a7fb9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b9a7fb9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Lecciones del Fracaso en el Liderazgo de Startups<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-beaa229 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"beaa229\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"4330\" data-end=\"4505\">Si pudiera volver atr\u00e1s, investigar\u00eda m\u00e1s. Buscar\u00eda referencias y entender\u00eda mejor los valores del equipo.<\/p><p data-start=\"4507\" data-end=\"4677\">Aun as\u00ed, no me arrepiento del riesgo. Aprend\u00ed lecciones que el mundo corporativo nunca me habr\u00eda ense\u00f1ado. Reflexionar sobre el camino recorrido me ayud\u00f3 a identificar las ideas que hoy aplico en cada nuevo rol y desaf\u00edo.<\/p><p data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"574\">No olvides:<\/p><\/div><ul><li data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"680\"><p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"680\"><strong>Siempre investiga la cultura de la empresa, el estilo de liderazgo y qui\u00e9nes son los fundadores<\/strong> antes de aceptar un nuevo puesto.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"797\"><p data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"797\"><strong>Salir de tu zona de confort puede traer resultados impredecibles<\/strong>, pero tambi\u00e9n un gran crecimiento personal y profesional.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"797\"><p data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"797\"><strong>Incluso despu\u00e9s de los tropiezos, tus habilidades y experiencia siguen siendo activos valiosos<\/strong> que abren nuevas puertas.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4842\" data-end=\"4937\"><p data-start=\"4844\" data-end=\"4937\"><strong>Nunca es tarde para redirigir tu camino<\/strong> y encontrar oportunidades que se alineen con tus valores.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4998\" data-end=\"5076\"><p data-start=\"5000\" data-end=\"5076\"><strong>A veces, los fracasos m\u00e1s duros contienen las semillas<\/strong> de tu pr\u00f3xima gran oportunidad.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><div><p data-start=\"78\" data-end=\"244\"><span data-start=\"78\" data-end=\"243\">Fracasar en una startup me ense\u00f1\u00f3 lecciones que nunca habr\u00eda aprendido en un trabajo corporativo.
