Tras liderar una reestructuraci\u00f3n profunda en Colombia, asumi\u00f3 <em data-start=\"2738\" data-end=\"2786\">las operaciones de coworking y bienes ra\u00edces corporativos<\/em> en medio de una gran incertidumbre, con el firme prop\u00f3sito de mantener el negocio a flote de manera sostenible.<\/p><p data-start=\"2861\" data-end=\"3008\">En la segunda mitad de 2021, asumi\u00f3 la direcci\u00f3n de la regi\u00f3n sur hispanohablante de Latinoam\u00e9rica. El enfoque cambi\u00f3 dr\u00e1sticamente: hab\u00eda que reducir gastos operativos a toda costa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36102fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"36102fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">El Riesgo de Recortar Demasiado<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-364bcb4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"364bcb4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3053\" data-end=\"3233\">La conversaci\u00f3n ya no era sobre optimizar, sino sobre <em data-start=\"3109\" data-end=\"3121\">recortar sin excepci\u00f3n<\/em>. Incluso se pusieron en duda servicios esenciales. Los equipos de atenci\u00f3n manifestaron su frustraci\u00f3n. No se trata solo de clientes, sino de personas: colaboradores, proveedores y aliados estrat\u00e9gicos. Todos deben estar alineados bajo un prop\u00f3sito com\u00fan.<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"4685\" data-end=\"4780\"><p data-start=\"4687\" data-end=\"4780\"><em>\u201cPreguntarte \u2018\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo mejor que puede pasar?\u2019 es mucho m\u00e1s poderoso que paralizarte imaginando el peor escenario.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p data-start=\"4782\" data-end=\"4980\"><strong>\u00bfCambiar\u00eda algo?<\/strong> No. Tomar\u00eda la misma decisi\u00f3n, pero actuar\u00eda m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. Porque, al final, la lecci\u00f3n es clara: los extremos rara vez funcionan.
