El fracaso es un ingrediente clave de la creatividad y la innovaci\u00f3n. Para ser creativos, debemos estar dispuestos a correr riesgos. Lo primero que tenemos que aceptar, para descubrir ideas inspiradoras, es que muchas de esas ideas no funcionar\u00e1n o ser\u00e1n descartadas. Pero esas ideas ser\u00e1n tan importantes como las innovadoras porque crear\u00e1n <\/span>la inercia <\/b>dentro de un equipo para hablar libremente.<\/span><\/p>

Una buena pr\u00e1ctica es tomarse el tiempo para discutir cada idea \"mala\", sin importar cu\u00e1n loca o rid\u00edcula parezca, ya que esta discusi\u00f3n nos servir\u00e1 como pr\u00e1ctica y para desarrollar la confianza para cuando lleguemos a las ideas no tan malas o incluso a las buenas. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
