Este t\u00e9rmino<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se refiere al bienestar cognitivo, conductual y emocional. Se trata de c\u00f3mo la gente piensa, siente y se comporta. La gente a veces lo usa simplemente para referirse a la ausencia de un trastorno mental. Una de las causas fundamentales de los problemas de salud mental es <strong>LA EVASI\u00d3N<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Seg\u00fan el diccionario, la evasi\u00f3n es \u201cla acci\u00f3n de evadir algo\u201d (\u00fatil, \u00bfeh?). <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La psicolog\u00eda lo define como cualquier forma de distracci\u00f3n o entretenimiento y una estrategia para eludir la responsabilidad y<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la psiquiatr\u00eda lo ve como la supresi\u00f3n de una idea que viene a continuaci\u00f3n en una secuencia de pensamientos y la sustituci\u00f3n de una idea estrechamente relacionada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4e69bee elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4e69bee\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-23d22a8\" data-id=\"23d22a8\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e11eec elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0e11eec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 evadimos?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d982a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1d982a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay muchas razones por las cuales evadimos, aqu\u00ed hay un par: <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>No queremos sentir nuestras emociones.<\/strong> Tenemos el mal h\u00e1bito de etiquetar todo como <em>bueno<\/em> o <em>malo. <\/em>Cuando hacemos esto con nuestras emociones, nos abstenemos de sentir, porque pensamos que estar enojado es <em>malo<\/em>, por lo tanto,\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">no deber\u00edamos<\/span> sentirnos enojados. Por supuesto, el solo hecho de decir que no debemos sentirnos enojados no hace que desaparezca el enojo, por lo que estos sentimientos se reprimen y crean un gran l\u00edo en el interior hasta que explotamos \"de la nada\".\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una segunda raz\u00f3n es <strong>el miedo de no ser amados como realmente somos.<\/strong>. W<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se nos ha ense\u00f1ado que hay una lista de objetivos que debemos cumplir para ser \"dignos\". Se supone que debemos tener una buena educaci\u00f3n, tener una carrera, casarnos, tener hijos, ser exitosos (lo que sea que eso signifique) y muchas otras cosas, pero rara vez se nos ense\u00f1a a conocernos a nosotros mismos, tal como somos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-985b8be elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"985b8be\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-86f5e74\" data-id=\"86f5e74\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9afe8f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9afe8f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfAhora qu\u00e9?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d59c2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d59c2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vamos a llorar a mares porque la sociedad es horrible y no hay esperanza en la humanidad... \u00a1Es broma! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El punto clave es reconocer qui\u00e9n eres, permitirte sentir todas tus emociones y expresarte con libertad. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La terapia es excelente, s\u00ed, pero tenemos un ejercicio simple que puede ayudarte a ahorrar algo de dinero:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preg\u00fantate a ti mismo: \"en un d\u00eda, \u00bfcu\u00e1ntas cosas est\u00e1s haciendo por agradar a los dem\u00e1s?\" <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te dar\u00e1s cuenta que ese n\u00famero tiende a ser alarmantemente alto.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es importante entender esto? Porque vivir una vida para los dem\u00e1s es agotador, y ahora \u00bfagregamos a eso todas las restricciones por las que nos sometemos nosotros mismos? No es sostenible. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuestionarnos a nosotros mismos es una excelente herramienta para entender por qu\u00e9 hacemos lo que hacemos y ayudarnos a ser conscientes de lo que somos y lo que no somos, y actuar de acuerdo a eso. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1No estamos diciendo que tengas que dejar de hacer cosas por otras personas! Pero al ser consciente de por qu\u00e9 haces las cosas que haces, recuperar\u00e1s el control de tu vida, siendo responsable de las consecuencias en lugar de ser una v\u00edctima de la vida.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recuerda que nada es bueno ni malo; se trata de percepci\u00f3n. Todas nuestras emociones son v\u00e1lidas, nos ayudan a superar las diferentes situaciones que vivimos en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda, as\u00ed que date la oportunidad de sentir.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-39e9b10 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"39e9b10\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3ae6752\" data-id=\"3ae6752\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-925e7f2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"925e7f2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Se\u00f1ales de evasi\u00f3n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e96aba8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e96aba8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay muchas formas de evasi\u00f3n, sin embargo, algunas son m\u00e1s comunes que otras: <\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tiempo excesivo en las redes sociales. Es importante estar al tanto del tiempo que pasamos en las redes sociales y la informaci\u00f3n que consumimos.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trabajar todo el dia. Trabajar desde casa es genial y tiene muchas ventajas, sin embargo, puede facilitar la idea de trabajar todo el d\u00eda. Trabajar 18 horas al d\u00eda no es saludable y es importante establecer un horario.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estar de mal humor y enojadx. Todos tenemos un mal d\u00eda de vez en cuando, \u00a1seguro! Pero si todos los d\u00edas son malos, es se\u00f1al de que algo m\u00e1s anda mal. La mejor manera de salir de ese bache es prestar atenci\u00f3n y comprender qu\u00e9 es lo que realmente te est\u00e1 molestando.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfermarse todo el tiempo. Estar constantemente enfermx es tambi\u00e9n otra consecuencia de la evasi\u00f3n. Escucha a tu cuerpo y haz un esfuerzo por comprender qu\u00e9 es lo que te est\u00e1 enfermando.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estar exhausto. Vivir eternamente cansadx y no hacer nada m\u00e1s que dormir es nuestra mejor manera de evadirnos y generalmente esconde que algo no est\u00e1 bien.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formas temporales de escape. Tambi\u00e9n conocidas como adicciones, en todas sus formas: no solo a las drogas o al alcohol, tambi\u00e9n az\u00facar, caf\u00e9, maratones de series, etc. Todo lo que pueda ayudarnos a escapar de la realidad, aunque sea por un rato.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-bb4f378 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"bb4f378\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-98e01a6\" data-id=\"98e01a6\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-489bc4d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"489bc4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Mejorando la salud mental en el trabajo<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a17051 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a17051\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creemos firmemente que cuando los empleados y compa\u00f1eros de trabajo est\u00e1n contentos con sus vidas, les ir\u00e1 mejor en el trabajo y tambi\u00e9n lo har\u00e1 toda la organizaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed que aqu\u00ed hay algunas recomendaciones:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Crea espacios de seguridad psicol\u00f3gica. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es importante tener momentos para que el equipo hable con libertad y aceptaci\u00f3n de los dem\u00e1s.<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Env\u00eda mensajes para reforzar comportamientos saludables. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No est\u00e1 bien que las personas trabajen 18 horas al d\u00eda, que no se tomen d\u00edas libres, que trabajen cuando se sientan enfermas. Todo esto crea un ambiente t\u00f3xico que solo conducir\u00e1 a un mal desempe\u00f1o con el tiempo. Lidera con el ejemplo y hazle saber a tu equipo que es mejor cuando est\u00e1n descansados y tienen una vida equilibrada.<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ten conversaciones con accionables. <\/b>C<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rea el tiempo y el espacio para escuchar, dale a tus empleados la confianza para ayudarlos a desahogarse.
