Cada uno de nosotros puede elegir una opci\u00f3n: convertir la ca\u00edda en un impulso o bien ignorar el desaf\u00edo y convertirse en v\u00edctima de su fracaso.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llamamos resiliencia a un proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n positiva ante sucesos adversos. Tiene dos componentes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resistencia ante la adversidad con un enfoque positivo que soporta el estr\u00e9s como motor de crecimiento.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacidad de transformar esa circunstancia negativa en oportunidad de desarrollo, para lograr salir fortalecido de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4e69bee elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4e69bee\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-23d22a8\" data-id=\"23d22a8\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e11eec elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0e11eec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfLa persona resiliente nace o se hace?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d982a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1d982a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La resiliencia no es una caracter\u00edstica que la gente tiene o no tiene de forma absoluta, sino que es el resultado de conductas, pensamientos y emociones que conforman la personalidad.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>La respuesta a la pregunta es AMBOS.<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay un tercio de la poblaci\u00f3n que se ha visto que tiene mayor capacidad de resiliencia. Hay un gen transportador de la serotonina y cuando una persona lo posee, tiene mayor capacidad para enfocar la vida con optimismo, cualidad indispensable de las personas resilientes, entre otras.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, hay ciertas habilidades que pueden aprenderse y mejorarse para convertirnos en personas m\u00e1s resilientes. Al fin y al cabo, se trata de adquirir h\u00e1bitos y conductas, educando a nuestro cerebro como si estuvi\u00e9ramos aprendiendo a tocar un instrumento o un nuevo paso de baile.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-985b8be elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"985b8be\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d59c2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d59c2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las personas que podemos llamar resilientes, se caracterizan por haber desarrollado las siguientes capacidades:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tienen confianza en sus recursos y parten de sus fortalezas para afrontar los retos.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saben aceptar sus errores, sin justificaciones ni echar la culpa a otros.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son resistentes al estr\u00e9s y aportan seguridad a los dem\u00e1s.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No generan ansiedad ante la incertidumbre, por lo que pueden aportar sensaci\u00f3n de tener el control.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ven las soluciones l\u00f3gicas al problema, buscando siempre una salida.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tienen actitud positiva ante la vida. <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No se quedan en las dificultades sino que las ven superables poniendo empe\u00f1o y estableciendo estrategias para conseguir sus objetivos.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son aut\u00e9nticos, sinceros y no tienen inconveniente en rectificar cuando se equivocan, ni tienen miedo a pedir perd\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tienen capacidad para dar sentido a lo que hacen, sinti\u00e9ndose responsables para construir un mundo mejor y colaborar con otros para lograr ese prop\u00f3sito. <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayudan a otros y les brindan su apoyo o dedican tiempo.<\/span><\/li><li>Utilizan el sentido del humor como estrategia de afrontamiento ante los conflictos, sabiendo relativizar, siendo proactivos y aportando energ\u00eda y nuevas formas de ver los problemas.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Estas capacidades no tienen que estar todas presentes y desarrolladas al m\u00e1ximo, pero de alguna manera nos llevan a ser m\u00e1s resilientes cada d\u00eda.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
