Es en realidad una etapa de la vida, la cual es muy importante para desarrollar nuestra autoestima y seguridad en nosotros mismos. Los seres humanos somos seres sociales y necesitamos de la aprobaci\u00f3n y respeto de nuestro entorno.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde ni\u00f1os buscamos esa aprobaci\u00f3n de nuestros padres, ya que se trata de nuestro \u00fanico c\u00edrculo social. M\u00e1s tarde, en la adolescencia, pasamos a buscar ese reconocimiento en nuestro c\u00edrculo de amigos, por eso tendemos a vestir como ellos, hablar como ellos, cambiarnos el pelo o hacernos tatuajes que luego odiamos. Necesitamos sentirnos aceptados y valorados.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De hecho, las necesidades de reconocimiento y estima, est\u00e1n incluidas en la famosa pir\u00e1mide de Maslow, justo despu\u00e9s de nuestras necesidades b\u00e1sicas. \nLas necesidades de estima son aquellas que tienen que ver con el hecho de contar con el respeto de los dem\u00e1s y de uno mismo, la posibilidad de que otros depositen su confianza en nuestras manos y contar un un determinado estatus social.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9cf51bf elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9cf51bf\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-efdafd2\" data-id=\"efdafd2\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b51b85 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b51b85\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se hizo una encuesta que revel\u00f3 que los empleados est\u00e1n m\u00e1s motivados por el reconocimiento y recompensas virtuales que los incentivos financieros:  El 83% de los empleados consideran el reconocimiento m\u00e1s enriquecedor que el sueldo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sueldo es la compensaci\u00f3n que obtenemos cada mes por las horas invertidas en nuestro trabajo, y realmente vamos a tenerlo en todos los lugares donde trabajamos. Sin embargo, el hecho de que se reconozca nuestro trabajo, se tengan en cuenta nuestras ideas o propuestas o en definitiva, el sentirnos valorados no es tan com\u00fan y llega a ser muy gratificante.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa cuando el reconocimiento se convierte en la \u00fanica motivaci\u00f3n de nuestras acciones?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A veces ocurre que buscamos tan obsesivamente una validaci\u00f3n exterior que nos olvidamos de la motivaci\u00f3n interior.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">Lo que esconde la b\u00fasqueda incansable de reconocimiento es una inseguridad o falta de autoestima. Como nosotros mismos no valoramos nuestro trabajo, necesitamos que otras personas lo hagan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos creamos ciertas expectativas de vida que nos gu\u00edan pero a muchos nos pasa que nuestras expectativas van de la mano con las que alguien nos dijo. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguimos compar\u00e1ndonos con la persona adem\u00e1s de nosotros, nuestros jefes, otras \u00e1reas ... simplemente creando ideas falsas de lo que ser\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas ideas falsas tambi\u00e9n crean ansiedad. Y <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La ansiedad es experimentar el fracaso de antemano<\/span>. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No estamos disfrutando el trabajo, el proceso, aprendiendo de los dem\u00e1s. Estamos en una comparaci\u00f3n diaria con otros para idealizar una vida irreal.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfY de d\u00f3nde sacamos la idea de que la vida o el trabajo que la persona que est\u00e1 a nuestro lado es perfecta y la nuestra no? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La palabra perfeccionismo viene del lat\u00edn \u00ab<em>perfectio<\/em>\u00bb y se refiere a la \"acci\u00f3n de dejar algo terminado\". <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero le dimos un segundo significado: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La actitud de la persona que tiende a buscar la perfecci\u00f3n en lo que hace, mejor\u00e1ndolo indefinidamente sin decidir considerarlo nunca terminado.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mayor\u00eda de nosotros somos conscientes de que la perfecci\u00f3n no existe y que depende en gran medida de nuestras ideas sobre la perfecci\u00f3n y lo perfecto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A veces, la procrastinaci\u00f3n aparece porque somos excesivamente perfeccionistas y tenemos mucho miedo de fracasar. Las personas demasiado autoexigentes se imponen un cierto est\u00e1ndar que es casi inalcanzable.
