Para poder crear un equilibrio entre el tiempo de trabajo y el tiempo personal, los empleados y gerentes deben trabajar en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n para garantizar que nadie se sienta presionado a responder correos electr\u00f3nicos y mensajes a todas horas del d\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
