Normalmente, el 80% de las actividades que realizamos corren en piloto autom\u00e1tico, y solo el 20% de lo que hacemos lo hacemos conscientemente. \n\nY eso est\u00e1 bien, no podemos decidir todos los d\u00edas la forma de preparar nuestro caf\u00e9 o la t\u00e9cnica para cepillarnos los dientes, ser\u00eda extenuante y probablemente hasta peligroso para nuestro bienestar. Pero s\u00ed necesitamos pensar en otras actividades y decisiones que hemos dejado en piloto autom\u00e1tico y no deber\u00edamos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Los paradigmas est\u00e1n compuestos de creencias y valores personales. Dos factores que est\u00e1n influenciados por factores externos que nos van moldeando desde la infancia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Con el paso del tiempo, esos valores y creencias se vuelven principios, los cuales est\u00e1n m\u00e1s presentes en nuestra cabeza de forma racional y se materializan en suposiciones e interpretaciones de la realidad. Esto a su vez, nos forma un comportamiento determinado que se manifiesta en expresiones verbales y no verbales, comportamiento y actitudes. \n\nLas estructuras mentales son lo que nos ayuda a procesar toda la informaci\u00f3n que llega constantemente a nuestro cerebro.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Se construyen con base en  experiencias, cultura, percepci\u00f3n,  sentimientos y emociones, aprendizajes pasados. Estas preguntas nos ayudan a descubrirlo:<\/span><\/div><ul class=\"p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet\" data-stringify-type=\"unordered-list\" data-indent=\"0\"><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 pienso esto?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo s\u00e9 que esto es verdad?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si pensara lo contrario?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa si estoy equivocado?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 piensan otras personas sobre esto?<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"p-rich_text_section\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Adem\u00e1s, existen algunos modelos mentales que pueden ayudarnos a mejorar nuestra competencias<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Principios elementales<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Pensamiento probabil\u00edstico<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Conducta experimental<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"p-rich_text_section\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">La mayor\u00eda de las personas operamos y tomamos decisiones importantes de manera inconsciente, por lo que  es prioritario ampliar nuestras opciones al solucionar poder cambiar un h\u00e1bito debemos cambiar desde la identidad (lo m\u00e1s profundo).
