Por ejemplo: una mujer negra puede alisar su cabello para parecerse menos a su raza.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row et_pb_row_3 et_pb_row_3-4_1-4\"><div class=\"et_pb_column et_pb_column_3_4 et_pb_column_4 et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_4 et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b><i>Afiliaci\u00f3n:\u00a0<\/i><\/b>cuando las personas evitan comportamientos por miedo a que los puedan ligar con estereotipos. Por ejemplo: una persona se limita a s\u00ed misma de ir a una protesta en pro de la legalizaci\u00f3n de la mariguana por miedo a que afecte su imagen profesional y su carrera.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b><i>Asociaci\u00f3n:\u00a0<\/i><\/b>cuando las personas evitan el contacto con otros miembros de otras asociaciones. Por ejemplo: una persona homosexual no invita a su pareja por miedo a parecer \"demasiado gay\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_6  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">De acuerdo a la encuesta de<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/Deloitte\/us\/Documents\/about-deloitte\/us-about-deloitte-uncovering-talent-a-new-model-of-inclusion.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cDiversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n 2019 [ENG]\u201d<\/a>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #333333;\">de Deloitte aplicada a alrededor de 3 mil empleados de diferentes organizaciones e industrias. El 61% admiti\u00f3 tener alguna actitud de covering en el trabajo.
