Obviamente no pod\u00edamos esperar a que desapareciera el COVID (\u00bfalg\u00fan d\u00eda lo har\u00e1?), as\u00ed que invitamos a nuestra comunidad y speakers a conectarse con nosotros. \u00bfQu\u00e9 original, no?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Aunque pueda parecer una transici\u00f3n obvia e inevitable, este cambio vino con su buena cantidad de fuckups. Viendo en retrospectiva estas \u00faltimas semanas, queremos compartirte 10 cosas que aprendimos organizando eventos digitales. Esperando que sirvan de inspiraci\u00f3n o de ayuda para tu pr\u00f3ximo evento online:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b51b85 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b51b85\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>1. \u00a1Hazlo divertido! \ud83c\udf89<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ya es lo suficientemente cansado para tu audiencia tener que ver un evento en sus monitores despu\u00e9s de pasar todo el d\u00eda as\u00ed en el home office, \u00a1as\u00ed que llama su atenci\u00f3n! Bromea con ellos, usa im\u00e1genes llamativas y divertidas en vez de mostrar texto en tus slides. Alterna tu presentaci\u00f3n entre slides y rostros humanos, permite que haya interacci\u00f3n, lleva a un artista invitado,... todas estas cosas har\u00e1n que tu evento sobresalga.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9cf51bf elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9cf51bf\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-efdafd2\" data-id=\"efdafd2\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6baab01 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6baab01\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>2. Hazlo corto y sencillo \ud83d\udca5<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>Simple<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">como:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Usar una plataforma que ya conoces, vs. tratar con una plataforma \"innovadora\" y compleja que no dominas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Adaptar a digital tus formatos ya existentes de eventos en vivo, trabajando con algo que ya sabes que te funciona.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Dicho esto, no significa que no debas preparar tu evento con antelaci\u00f3n. Incluso una entrevista casual de preguntas y respuestas de la audiencia requiere preparaci\u00f3n. Elige sabiamente tu formato y plataforma \ud83e\uddd0<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ed, dijimos que lo mantuvieras simple. Sin embargo elegir el formato y plataforma indicados es esencial. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo quieres que luzca tu evento? \u00bfqu\u00e9 tanto quieres que participe la audiencia?<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Si quieres que todos participen con su propio audio y video, entonces el formato de \"meeting\" es para ti (en Zoom por ejemplo).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">O tal vez deseas restringir la secci\u00f3n de chat\/comentarios. En ese caso, el formato de \"webinar\" es el ideal, o con un simple livestream en redes sociales podr\u00eda funcionar. Define roles espec\u00edficos \ud83e\udde2<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tener un entendimiento de las responsabilidades de cada miembro dentro del equipo te ayudar\u00e1 a tener una buena din\u00e1mica de trabajo y ofrecer una gran experiencia virtual. Algunos roles pueden ser:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Moderador<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Moderador de preguntas y respuestas<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Responsable t\u00e9cnico para solucionar problemas con la plataforma, audio, etc.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Interacci\u00f3n en redes sociales para mantener la conversaci\u00f3n con la comunidad.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>5. Cuida los detalles (t\u00e9cnicos) \ud83d\udd0e<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s take the example of screen-sharing. Close all of your computer tabs and apps (especially the noisy ones), clean your desktop, open your presentation software in a specific window and make sure you know how to properly share your screen and\/or your music, if needed. Oh, and try to have the best internet connection possible! Connect your computer to your modem via cable, if possible, or at least stay close to your router! \ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Esas peque\u00f1as cosas pueden de verdad hacer la diferencia y hacer que el evento fluya de forma natural.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>6. Prueba y practica \ud83e\uddea<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacer pruebas te ayudar\u00e1n a aprender a cuidar todos esos detalles. Dale un vistazo a la plataforma que usar\u00e1s e intenta todo por ti misma\/mismo. Si usas redes sociales, puedes crear un perfil\/p\u00e1gina falso sin followers y probar con un livestream.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Tambi\u00e9n ayuda tener a alguien del equipo experiment\u00e1ndolo todo como espectador para ver la prueba en vivo y dar feedback puntual del \"look and feel\" y experiencia de usuario.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Digamos que tienes invitados externos en tu evento: organiza un ensayo con ellos. Repasen el flow del evento, escuchen sus presentaciones, compartan feedback si es necesario y aborden detalles t\u00e9cnicos: \u00bftodos tienen el software? \u00bfbuena conexi\u00f3n a internet? \u00bftienen audio y video de alta calidad? \u00bfles funcionan las herramientas para compartir pantalla de forma remota? etc.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Historia real: uno de nosotros iba a ser el host del primer evento de Fuckup Nights Edici\u00f3n Cuarentena. Su ordenador\/conexi\u00f3n tuvo muchos problemas durante los ensayos, as\u00ed que decidimos elegir a alguien m\u00e1s del equipo.
