La Decana de la Facultad estaba a punto de anunciar el mejor estudiante de la promoci\u00f3n. Nerviosa, repasaba mentalmente su discurso, incluso pod\u00eda imaginarse c\u00f3mo quedar\u00eda la placa con su nombre en los pasillos de esta universidad. De repente, el sonido de otro nombre le sac\u00f3 de su enso\u00f1aci\u00f3n. Se volvi\u00f3 p\u00e1lida. \u201cPero, \u00bfno fui yo la mejor?\u201d Una mezcla de rabia y frustraci\u00f3n la invadieron. Sinti\u00f3 que esos 5 a\u00f1os de estudios no hab\u00edan servido para nada sin ese reconocimiento.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas veces has sentido que absolutamente nada de tu trabajo y esfuerzo valieron la pena porque no llegaste a la meta? Desde el colegio hasta la universidad nos ense\u00f1an que son las notas al final del semestre las que determinan si has obtenido unos conocimientos. \u00bfC\u00f3mo nos afectar\u00e1 esta forma de aprender a la hora de desenvolvernos en el mundo laboral? \u00bfHay alguna raz\u00f3n por la que se busque generar esa competici\u00f3n entre estudiantes y con uno mismo?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Durante much\u00edsimo tiempo, siglos, los ex\u00e1menes y el sistema de notas no exist\u00edan en occidente. Precisamente\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/mundo\/noticias-36798239\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tuvieron su origen en China,<\/a> [ESP]<span style=\"color: #333333;\">donde la Dinast\u00eda Han (206 a.d.C. en adelante) ide\u00f3 un complejo sistema de pruebas encaminadas a acceder a los cuerpos superiores de la administraci\u00f3n del Estado.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9f1f220 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9f1f220\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c0a7d55\" data-id=\"c0a7d55\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80449fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"80449fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Motivaci\u00f3n intr\u00ednseca y extr\u00ednseca\n<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d757692 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d757692\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Volviendo a la actualidad, sabemos que nuestra vida se rige por dos tipos de motivaciones: intr\u00ednsecas y extr\u00ednsecas. Las primeras, se refieren a todo lo que nos nace de dentro, nos da satisfacci\u00f3n personal, nos apasiona o divierte. Por ejemplo, aprender a bailar bachata, hacer reposter\u00eda, fotografiar paisajes o jugar a la videoconsola. Realizar la actividad se convierte en un fin en s\u00ed mismo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">La extr\u00ednseca es una motivaci\u00f3n que viene del exterior, la obtenci\u00f3n de un premio o castigo. Por ejemplo, estudiar el temario de una oposici\u00f3n, trabajar los fines de semana para pagar los estudios o participar en un concurso para obtener un premio. En este caso, el realizar la actividad es un medio para conseguir un fin. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-17b63ef elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"17b63ef\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-66 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-cd4389c\" data-id=\"cd4389c\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b51b85 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b51b85\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Lo que quiero es obtener un resultado, la actividad es un mero tr\u00e1mite. La diferencia es clara, \u00bfverdad?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Despu\u00e9s de verlo as\u00ed, seguramente pienses que realizar actividades cuya motivaci\u00f3n viene de dentro es much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s placentero. Adem\u00e1s, el poder de elecci\u00f3n influir\u00e1 positivamente en c\u00f3mo me implicar\u00e9 en la realizaci\u00f3n de dicha actividad. El hecho de hacer algo que deseo hacer y no porque otro lo quiere es gratificante. Existen numerosos estudios sobre este tema y cada autor la bautiza con un nombre distinto, aunque la mayor\u00eda las dividen en dos tipos:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>Metas de aprendizaje o de dominio:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Las personas que siguen metas de aprendizaje se interesan por aprender algo nuevo o desarrollar una nueva habilidad, obtienen placer de hacer bien una tarea, tienen deseo de autorrealizaci\u00f3n y crecimiento personal. La tarea en s\u00ed ya es satisfactoria, el estudiante valora el proceso de aprendizaje y el fracaso forma parte del aprendizaje. Estas personas suelen atribuir sus \u00e9xitos o fracasos a causas internas: competencia y esfuerzo. Es por ello que ven la inteligencia como un repertorio de conocimientos y habilidades que pueden incrementar mediante el esfuerzo.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>Metas de rendimiento o de ejecuci\u00f3n: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cambio, las personas con metas orientadas al rendimiento tienen un deseo de \u00e9xito, tratan de evitar juicios negativos, su preocupaci\u00f3n es de demostrar una habilidad, recibir (de s\u00ed mismo o de otros) un juicio positivo de competencia, obtener un reconocimiento o una recompensa. Aqu\u00ed, el fracaso no tiene cabida. La raz\u00f3n es porque se tiende a pensar que la causa de los resultados est\u00e1 en algo externo y por lo tanto no pueden controlar, ni cambiar. Perciben la inteligencia como algo estable y solo se demuestra con los propios logros. Un mal resultado, podr\u00eda poner en entredicho su inteligencia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c976fee elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c976fee\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-328a768\" data-id=\"328a768\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-004deff\" data-id=\"004deff\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b589dc2 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b589dc2\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2f6cfbb\" data-id=\"2f6cfbb\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8690da0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8690da0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Y as\u00ed en la mayor\u00eda de las veces, nos encontramos con que en el mundo profesional,  tambi\u00e9n nos vemos reforzados por este sistema de recompensas. Empezando obviamente por el salario como ejemplo claro de recompensa y pasando por el establecimiento de objetivos, comisiones, incentivos o bonus para alcanzar dichos objetivos, ascensos o por el contrario despidos si no se cumple con los resultados esperados. Todo ello genera ambientes de competitividad incluso entre compa\u00f1eros, que genera en ocasiones tensiones en los espacios de trabajo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Asimismo, millones de personas sufren de ansiedad o estr\u00e9s en el trabajo o en casos m\u00e1s graves, s\u00edndromes del impostor o burnouts. Todos tienen en com\u00fan un af\u00e1n de perfeccionismo y autocr\u00edtica, el miedo al fracaso o la necesidad constante de obtener reconocimiento, entre otras caracter\u00edsticas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Llegados a este punto, \u00bfa\u00fan piensas que las comisiones son la mejor forma de motivar a un vendedor? En Fuckup Nights tenemos algunas pr\u00e1cticas en desarrollo, para enfocarnos m\u00e1s en los procesos que en resultados:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Nuestros equipos de ventas no funcionan bajo esquemas de comisi\u00f3n, sino que se reconoce y valora el esfuerzo semanalmente. El objetivo es hacer amigos y no clientes, y mantener conversaciones fluidas con ellos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">El equipo de comunicaci\u00f3n recibe incentivos a trav\u00e9s de cursos que permitan desarrollar habilidades que el equipo considera emocionantes, con valor curricular y para las actividades diarias.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Mantenemos reuniones de feedback regulares con cada miembro del equipo, donde expresamos c\u00f3mo nos sentimos de manera abierta y honesta.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Cualquier miembro del equipo sabe que puede alzar la mano si siente estr\u00e9s o sus tareas le desbordan, y la palabra competitividad no existe en nuestro vocabulario.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Todos compartimos buenas pr\u00e1cticas, \u00e9xitos y cagadas con los compa\u00f1eros.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Tenemos un canal donde podemos reconocer el buen trabajo de un compa\u00f1ero en una determinada tarea para que todos lo sepan y le feliciten.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo crees que ser\u00eda el mundo empresarial si todos introduj\u00e9ramos peque\u00f1os cambios? \u00bfConsideras que premiar los procesos y disfrutar de ellos nos har\u00eda m\u00e1s felices en nuestro trabajo y nuestra vida?<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re taught that the grades we receive at the end of the semester dictate if we have obtained the necessary knowledge to pass.
