Genuinamente cre\u00eda que estaba ayudando a la gente al decirles la cruda verdad directamente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Esta forma de ser me acompa\u00f1\u00f3 hasta la universidad. Estaba muy nerviosa, sab\u00eda exactamente qu\u00e9 la sesi\u00f3n hab\u00eda salido mal con tan s\u00f3lo ver la cara de mis colegas. En ese momento estaba segura de que\u00a0<em>estaba frita, iba a ser despedida.<\/em>Pero cuando entr\u00e9 a su oficina, mi jefe se puso de pie y con una sonrisa dijo:<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9800645 elementor-widget elementor-widget-testimonial\" data-id=\"9800645\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"testimonial.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial-content\">\u201cNecesitas cuidar a tus colegas, son tus amigos tambi\u00e9n, y necesitamos enfocarnos en la big picture. Segu\u00eda siendo muy directa, pero trataba de ser constructiva y orientada a la mejora continua. Con el paso del tiempo, desarroll\u00e9 una amistad con mi jefe (Coordinador Global de Movimiento, Ricardo Casta\u00f1eda). El fue la primer persona que me introdujo al concepto de Radical Candor:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-15ff36f elementor-widget elementor-widget-testimonial\" data-id=\"15ff36f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"testimonial.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial-content\">\u201c\u00bfAct\u00faas desde un lugar de amor, o s\u00f3lo quieres estar siempre en lo correcto?\u201d<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3381113 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3381113\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_row et_pb_row_6\"><div class=\"et_pb_column et_pb_column_3_5 et_pb_column_8  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et-last-child\"><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_8  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Ah\u00ed fue cuando comprend\u00ed la importancia de ser directa y honesta, mientras respetas y te preocupas por los sentimientos de los dem\u00e1s.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">De acuerdo con la autora Kim Scott, Radical Candor se basa en la idea de que es posible\u00a0<b>genuinamente preocuparte por alguien\u00a0<\/b>(de verdad preocuparte, no intentar ganar un concurso de popularidad), mientras se les\u00a0<b>reta directamente<\/b>(compartir tu perspectiva e invitarlos a hacer lo mismo) . Este concepto se refiere a ser \u201camable\u201d y \u201cagradable\u201d, pero\u00a0<strong>de muy poca ayuda o incluso da\u00f1ino<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2aec9fb6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2aec9fb6\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-54821616\" data-id=\"54821616\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-198e777 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"198e777\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Es ver a alguien haciendo algo mal, pero no querer decir nada para no avergonzar, siendo que posiblemente hay otras 15 personas que ven lo mismo, y termina resultando m\u00e1s vergonzoso a\u00fan.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u2018<strong>Manipulative insincerity\u2019 es el peor de todos,<\/strong>\u00a0se refiere a no retar, a no darle importancia a nadie. Algunos managers que aplican este enfoque, buscan estar siempre en lo correcto, sin importar si no son emp\u00e1ticos o constructivos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Una de las cosas que realmente me sorprendi\u00f3 al leer<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radicalcandor.com\/the-book\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0Scott's\u00a0<\/a><i><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radicalcandor.com\/the-book\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity [ENG]<\/a>\u00a0<\/i><span style=\"color: #333333;\">, fue lo clara que es en apuntar que\u00a0<strong>caring personally (que nos importen los dem\u00e1s de manera personal y aut\u00e9ntica) se trata de decencia humana,<\/strong>\u00a0y no requiere necesariamente que generemos una relaci\u00f3n intensa y personal para partir con el Radical Candor. Aqu\u00ed fue cuando realmente entend\u00ed lo hermoso y poderoso que puede ser est\u00e1 forma de pensar: no s\u00e9 trata de ser amado o aceptado,\u00a0<strong>se trata de preocuparse por los dem\u00e1s, ayudarles a ser lo mejor que pueden llegar a ser, y aprender a desarrollar buenas habilidad de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Me doy cuenta de que toda mi vida fu\u00ed percibida como brutalmente honesta (una persona honesta, pero al final del d\u00eda, brutal). Y ha sido un reto el adecuar mis h\u00e1bitos para demostrarle a la gente que de verdad me importan personalmente y que mis comentarios vienen desde un lugar con amor.
