Tal vez tratabas de defender tu punto de vista, convencer a alguien o simplemente quer\u00edas tener la raz\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Lamento decirte que, durante esta discusi\u00f3n, <strong>probablemente usaste comunicaci\u00f3n violenta.<\/strong> No te preocupes, llevamos milenios comunic\u00e1ndonos de manera violenta. Venimos de una sociedad autoritaria en donde el que est\u00e1 por encima impone a los dem\u00e1s y para ello necesita enjuiciar, advertir y dar lecciones.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1e280df elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1e280df\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-91a531c\" data-id=\"91a531c\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d73edc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6d73edc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Comunicarse de manera violenta <strong>no siempre implica alzar la voz o utilizar palabras despectivas.<\/strong> Tambi\u00e9n lo es dar consejos sin que nos lo pidan, quejarse o ser sarc\u00e1stico. Si a nosotros mismos nos irrita cuando alguien usa alguna de estas formas, lo l\u00f3gico es pensar que a los dem\u00e1s tampoco les agradar\u00e1.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Todos queremos que nos traten con afecto y calidez, que nos escuchen de verdad, sentirnos comprendidos y que se nos tenga en consideraci\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, cualquier forma de comunicaci\u00f3n que se aleje de esto, se considera violenta, <strong>incluso aunque la intenci\u00f3n sea buena. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f513f01\" data-id=\"f513f01\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3c7788fa elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3c7788fa\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-42cc4385\" data-id=\"42cc4385\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6432c3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6432c3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\"><strong>Tradicionalmente nos han ense\u00f1ado que el conflicto es algo malo,<\/strong>basta con ir al diccionario para darnos cuenta de que cada definici\u00f3n tiene una connotaci\u00f3n bastante negativa, lo cual es el reflejo de nuestra sociedad. Tener un conflicto con otra persona nos causa malestar y ante esta situaci\u00f3n generalmente tenemos dos tipos de reacciones: huir o atacar.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Cada uno de nosotros tenemos nuestro propio mapa interior formado por las experiencias y aprendizajes que hemos ido adquiriendo durante toda nuestra vida, lo cual nos hace \u00fanicos. Es com\u00fan que, con tantas maneras de ver el mundo, nos encontremos con situaciones a diario con las que no estemos conformes o puntos de vista opuestos al nuestro.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">La importancia de resolver un conflicto de manera positiva es fundamental ya que, si lo resolvemos correctamente nos podr\u00eda ayudar a reforzar nuestras relaciones. De lo contrario, podr\u00eda desembocar en la p\u00e9rdida de comunicaci\u00f3n total con esa persona.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec12646 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec12646\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><span style=\"color: #333333;\">La comunicaci\u00f3n empieza por uno mismo<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Volvamos a aquella discusi\u00f3n enardecida. Piensa por un momento en c\u00f3mo sucedi\u00f3. Probablemente esa persona hizo o dijo algo que te irrit\u00f3, te hizo reaccionar y de alguna manera, la comunicaci\u00f3n se rompi\u00f3. <strong>Solemos pensar que son los dem\u00e1s quienes nos provocan o nos hacen sentir de alguna forma.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1d57759 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1d57759\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-748bc82\" data-id=\"748bc82\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d061c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6d061c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Al pensar de esta manera, les entregamos el poder sobre nuestro bienestar a los dem\u00e1s, ellos tienen que cambiar para yo sentirme bien. <strong>Esta manera de pensar es muy peligrosa,<\/strong>pues nos vuelve indefensos y hace que nuestra felicidad dependa de factores externos que no podemos controlar. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">La prueba de que esto no es as\u00ed es que ante una misma situaci\u00f3n, cada persona puede reaccionar de una manera distinta. Entonces dejemos de mirar a nuestro alrededor para poner el foco en nosotros.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">La buena noticia es que solo nosotros somos responsables de c\u00f3mo interpretamos la realidad. Si en una determinada situaci\u00f3n las palabras o actos de una persona me afectan es porque hay algo en mi interior que me duele. Analizando la situaci\u00f3n \u201ccapa por capa\u201d aprender\u00e9 a detectar ese dolor y tomar consciencia, que es el primer paso para hacer un cambio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">La teor\u00eda de la Comunicaci\u00f3n No Violenta de Marshal Rosenberg propone un proceso en el que pasaremos por distintas etapas para empezar a comunicarnos de una manera m\u00e1s positiva y poder afrontar los conflictos que se nos presenten.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">El primer paso, empieza por analizarnos a nosotros mismos en las siguientes etapas:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section #333333;\">Un conflicto surge cuando el ejercicio de mis acciones favoritas que cubren mis necesidades choca con las de otras personas. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Hemos dicho que s\u00f3lo yo mismo puedo satisfacer mis necesidades pero ello no implica que sea pasando por encima de todas las dem\u00e1s personas. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section las personas actuamos con ese fin.<\/strong>Seguir los pasos anteriores nos ayudar\u00e1 a averiguar qu\u00e9 necesidades puede tener esa persona y s\u00f3lo entonces, el di\u00e1logo es posible.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Vale pero, \u00bfpor d\u00f3nde empiezo?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">Si soy yo quien
