Eso significa un cambio: de la idea de la vieja escuela de l\u00edderes invencibles e iluminados que siempre saben qu\u00e9 hacer; por la idea de un\u00a0<\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/deloitte.wsj.com\/cio\/2016\/05\/04\/6-characteristics-of-inclusive-leaders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u00edder inclusivo [ENG]<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #333333;\">que escucha, que verdaderamente empodera y fomenta el aprendizaje en vez de la culpa. Es necesario establecer estructuras para convertir nuevos conceptos en pr\u00e1cticas y las nuevas pr\u00e1cticas en h\u00e1bitos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Aseg\u00farate de estar comprometido y ser consistente en tu visi\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n.
