Una de las ventajas de trabajar remoto es entender qu\u00e9 funciona mejor para ti y en qu\u00e9 momentos eres m\u00e1s productivo. Es importante tener un lugar espec\u00edfico para trabajar que est\u00e9 separado de tu espacio personal (como tu rec\u00e1mara) esto te ayudar\u00e1 a desconectarte correctamente despu\u00e9s del trabajo.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para mantener la concentraci\u00f3n, trata de no trabajar m\u00e1s de 45 minutos seguidos. <\/span><span style=\"color: #f48274;\"><a style=\"color: #f48274;\" href=\"https:\/\/pomodoro-tracker.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pomodoro<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es una aplicaci\u00f3n que te ayuda a programar per\u00edodos de trabajo y de descanso, de esa forma es m\u00e1s sencillo separar tus tiempos.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\">As\u00ed como si fueras a la oficina, el d\u00eda de trabajo en casa debe tener un fin. Es un punto clave para que mantengas tu tranquilidad y paz mental. Ellos organizan su horario de acuerdo a sus reuniones de equipo y trabajo colaborativo, para esto es clave tener un horario flexible.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenemos un prop\u00f3sito claro y creamos nuestros objetivos con base en ellos, de esta forma podemos crear los OKR\u2019s por \u00e1rea.
